5분 발언 평택미군기지는 미국의 해외주둔기지 750개 중 가장 큰 규모입니다. 450만평, 둘레 17Km의 군 기지 안에는 주한미군사령부, 한미연합사령부, 유엔군사령부가 있고 수영장, 골프장, 대형 쇼핑몰, 학교 등이 있고 용산기지 이전하면서 건설에 17조원이 들어갔는데 그중 93%를 한국이 댔습니다. 2003년 용산기지 이전협상 당시 외교·국방 부처의 친미·통상 관료들이 자주적 안보 노선을 강조하던 노무현 정부 지도부의 눈을 피해 미국 측 요구를 대폭 수용하는 방식으로 협상을 주도했습니다. 이것을 ‘백지수표를 준 협상’이라 하는데 주도한 외교부 담당자가 위성락입니다. 이 사람은 지금도 대통령 최측근으로 EU에서, NATO에서 한국 외교안보국방에 큰 콧바람을 넣고 있습니다. 위성락의 가장 큰 빽은 미국입니다. 청와대 안에 미국의 똥개들이 활개쳐서 되겠습니까? It is equipped with swimming pools, a golf course, massive shopping malls, and schools.
