<Declaration of the Meeting of the People's Association of 2024>(Summary of the participating team's remarks)  ❍ Listen to the voice of Manmin(PEOPLE)!At this time, the president has declared North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea) as the "main enemy" without national consensus, and now the U.S. and Japanese soldiers as well as countries that participated in the Korean War 70 years ago are about to join the war. According to the White Paper on National Defense, South Korea-U.S. military drills were conducted 256 times in 2022 and even the Japanese military was included in the drills in 2023, far more joint military drills than that. As North Korea would not have stayed away from such crazy war drills, foreign experts are predicting the risk of a nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula. The confrontation between the strong and the strong will only bring about destruction, and strangely enough, the political circles are still as silent as if they have eaten rat poison in the atmosphere of war led by the U.S. That's why stones get up in a hurry and scream! Sovereigns who refuse to be treated like dog pigs shout! U.S. military hegemony is making Korea hard.- The U.S. has been sponsoring Park Sang-hak for 20 years, encouraging him to spread hateful propaganda leaflets under the pretext of "freedom of expression‎" in the border area. It is a dirty trick that provokes the North to maintain a ceasefire that can catch fire at any time and gaslighting Koreans to rely on the U.S. The residents in the border area are always anxious because they cannot even farm.❍ South korea is losing ground in the system competition with North, which is  implementing a  free medical care, free education and free housing. Don't say you won the competition with the rest of the North. Don't say you have the national spirit alive. Don't say you have the freedom of expression‎. (Police and prosecutors ruled that 'you are not guilty' even if an official in charge of bulletin board at the Ock-Cheon Kun deleted 80 percent (220 articles) of articles on "independence, anti-war but peace." State security is won by those in power who have no historical consciousness and no sense of community, begging foreign countries. What they call " free democracy" is freedom for a small number of rich people to invest, freedom to rake in dirty money, freedom to abuse their power with money, and freedom to use power to frame opponents. How much money they have and how much more money they want to make to privatize railways, privatize gas and privatize electricity, and privatize medical care?On the other hand, what about Joseon(North Korea), where the pro-U.S. and pro-U.S. governments have demonized numerous incidents, including espionage, by fabricating them for decades? Joseon has achieved self-defense enough to threaten the huge United States and raised it as a country of free medical care, free education, and free housing. By completely liquidating pro-Japanese group, North Korea has protected the national spirit and helped educate discriminated Korean-Japanese youth. Emphasize the spirit of community, focusing on people, not money. That's why the political community in the United States has long been called an "Enemy but respectful North, an Ally but a contemptuous South."❍ There is no need for a parliament to stick to foreign countries.  Let's think about neutralization and an Inter-Korean Alliance!Most of candidates for the National Assembly are challenging the National Assembly to grab power because they have a lot of money. If you try to beg for national security by clinging to a foreign country, don't become a lawmaker. Let's wipe out the fakes that ignore and deceive us. Let's prepare for political neutralization that doesn't depend on or be swayed by anyone. It has no military alliance with any foreign country, never provide military bases to foreign troops, no conducts military drills with foreign troops, never provide weapons to one side of the warring states, and never wage an invasion war. Instead of being swayed by the U.S., which wants to solve the problem through war, let's solve it through independent politics and diplomacy.No ally would be better than an ethnic group. As Donghak Haewol said, "When all foreign troops leave the country, the world will change." Let's prepare for an inter-Korean alliance, not an alliance between South Korea-U.S.-Japan. We will decide the future of our people by ourselves. Does it make sense to have a 70-year ceasefire? Does it make sense for one ethnic group to kill each other again? The traitors immediately shut down Unification TV, which showed the reality of the North, but we want to know more about the North. We need to know more. We will wisely find a way for the two Koreas to respect and value each other and live well together. All the people above the king will gather wisdom! All the people who do not cling to foreign countries will find an answer!2024.  <2024 만민공동회 대사회 선언문>                                                     (참가팀 발언요지 정리)❍ 만민의 목소리를 들어라!국민 합의도 없이 대통령 혼자 북(조선민주주의인민공화국)을 ‘주적’이라 선언하더니 미군, 일본군에 더하여 70년 전 한국전쟁에 참여했던 국가들까지 전쟁에 끌어들이려는 요즈음이다. 국방백서에 따르면 2022년 한 해에 256회 한미군사훈련을 했고 2023년에는 일본군까지 끌어들여 그보다 훨씬 더 많은 합동군사훈련을 했다. 이 미친듯한 전쟁훈련에 북이 가만있을 리 없으니 외국의 전문가들은 한반도 핵전쟁 위험까지 예고하고 있다. 강대강 대결은 공멸을 불러올 뿐인데 미국이 주도하는 이 전쟁 분위기에 이상하게도 정치권은 쥐약을 먹은 듯 조용하다. 그러니 돌들이 급히 일어나 소리를 지른다! 개돼지 취급을 거부하는 주권자들이 외친다! 입법 사법 행정을 비롯한 정치권, 검판새, 기레기들은 왕 위에 있는 만민의 목소리를 들어라!❍ 한미동맹은 한국을 군사식민지로 만들었다! 한미동맹은 미국의, 미국에 의한, 미국을 위한 세계에서 최고로 불평등한 군사동맹으로 한국은 슈퍼 갑 노릇을 하는 미국의 군사적 식민지와 다름없다. 주한미군사령관, 한미연합사령관, 유엔사령관을 1인이 맡아 미국 국익확보를 위해, 한반도 분단고착을 위해 촘촘한 그물망을 짜 놓았다. -정치권은 심리적 G8이라 으쓱대면서 유엔이 폐지를 권하고 있는 국가보안법을 70년째 껴안고 국민의 사고를 강력히 통제한다. 역시 유엔이 해체하라 결정(1975년)하고 수차례 유엔 소속이 아니라고 밝힌, 유엔조직표에도 없고 유지비도 받지 않으며 보고의무도 없는 가짜 ‘유엔사’가 사사건건 남북관계를 방해하고 있는데도 행정부 입법부는 침묵으로 일관한다. -무기산업이 흥하면 평화는 사라진다. 230년간 무기장사를 하며 지구에 폭탄을 쏟으며 엉뚱하게 화성에 가서 생명체를 찾는 전쟁중독국 미국이 지구촌 평화말살의 주역이다. 독재자 박정희의 엄청난 비자금 관리자로 알려진 국힘당의 만년고문 서정화. 그의 사위 김승연의 한화는 세계 굴지의 무기회사로 발돋음하여 제주에서 우주군사무기를 쏘아올리며 제주를 전쟁의 섬으로 만들어가고 있다. -미국은 위험하기 짝이 없어 자국내에 두지 않는 세균실험실을 전 세계에 300개 넘게 운영하면서 총 망라한 센터를 비밀리에 한국에 둔 것은 한국인을 개돼지만도 못하게 여기기 때문이다. 미 군사식민지로 여기는 한국의 대통령도 같은 취급을 받는다. 집무실을 도청당해도 배실거리고 개목줄을 선물 받아도 배실거리는 대통령을 위해 판사가 비굴에 찌든 판결문을 날리면 국민의 가슴은 분노와 절망으로 갈기갈기 찢어지는 것을 모르는가. 자살율 1위, 불평등1위, 출생율 저하 1위의 괴물같은 나라가 된 대한민국은 외국인 유명작가에게 ‘세상에서 가장 우울한 나라’로 묘사되고 있다. ❍ 미국은 남북을 영구적으로 갈라놓으려 한다원자탄 던진 일본과 5년 만에 악수한 미국은 한국 땅을 공짜 기지 삼고 만만한 무기 시장으로 이용하며 남북을 70년째 갈라놓고 원수로 여길 것을 강요한다. 남쪽이 사람답게 살기가 점점 힘들어지는 사회로 추락하며 젊은이들의 삶이 힘들어지고 아기의 탄생이 줄어드는 것은 온전히 분단의 고착이 길어지면서 불평등사회의 모순이 심화되기 때문이다. 미국의 패권주의 때문이다. -미국(NED)은 박상학을 20년째 후원하며 접경지역에서 ‘표현 자유’라는 미명하에 조선인민에게 증오심과 혐오를 불러일으키는 삐라를 뿌리도록 부추기고 있다. 북을 도발하여 언제든 불이 붙을 수 있는 휴전상태를 유지하고 한국민이 미국에 의존하도록 가스라이팅하는 더러운 술수다. 접경지역 주민은 농사도 지을 수 없이 늘 불안한 나날을 보내고 있다.❍ 남은 무상(의료 교육 주택)정책 펴는 북과의 체제경쟁에서 밀리고 있다남은 북과의 체제경쟁에서 이겼다 말하지 마라. 민족정신이 살아있다 말하지마라. 표현의 자유가 있다 말하지 마라(옥천군청 게시판담당자가 ‘자주독립, 반전평화’주제의 글 80%(220개)를 삭제해도 경찰, 검찰은 무혐의 결정). 국가의 안보는 외국에 구걸한 채로 역사의식 없고 공동체 의식 없는 뉴라이트 권력자들이 꼭대기에서 판친다. 그들이 말하는 자유민주주의는 소수의 부자가 투자할 자유, 검은돈 더러운 돈 긁어모을 자유, 돈돈돈으로 갑질할 자유, 권력을 이용해 상대를 목조를 자유를 말할 뿐이다. 얼마나 돈이 많으면, 얼마나 돈을 더 벌고 싶으면 철도를 민영화(사유화)하고 가스 전기를 사유화하고 의료를 사유화하려는 걸까? 반면 수십 년간 미국과 친미정권이 간첩 등 수많은 사건을 조작 날조까지 해대며 악마화해 온 조선은 어떠한가. 조선은 거대한 미국을 위협할 정도의 자주국방을 이뤄내고 무상 의료 무상 교육 무상 주택의 나라로 키워왔다. 친일파를 완전 청산하여 민족정신을 지켜내고 차별받는 재일동포 청소년들의 교육을 도와왔다. 돈이 아니라 사람을 중심에 두고 공동체 정신을 강조한다. 그러니 미국의 정치권은 오래전부터 ‘적이지만 존경스러운 북, 우방이지만 경멸스러운 남’이라는 평을 해 온 것이다.  ❍ 외국에 빌붙는 국회는 필요없다. 중립화를, 남북동맹을 궁리해보자!돈이 많으니 권력을 잡겠다고 국회에 도전하는 자들이 태반이다. 외국에 빌붙어 안보를 구걸하려거든 국회의원이 되지 마라. 가짜들을 쓸어버리고 우리를 무시하고 속이는 것들을 쓸어버리자. 누구에게 의존하거나 휘둘리지 않을 중립화를 준비해보자. 그 어떤 외국과도 군사동맹을 맺지 않고 외국군에 군사기지를 제공하지 않고 외국군과 군사훈련을 하지 않고 교전국 한쪽에 무기를 지원하지 않고 침략전쟁은 절대로 하지 않는다. 전쟁으로 해결하려는 미국에 휘둘리지 말고 자주적인 정치와 외교로 풀자. 어떤 동맹국도 민족보다 나을 수 없다. 외국의 군대가 다 물러가면 개벽 세상이 온다는 동학 해월의 말대로 한미, 한미일 동맹이 아니라 남북동맹을 준비해보자. 우리 민족의 미래는 우리가 결정할 것이다. 70년 휴전이 가당키나 한가. 다시 또 동포끼리 총질을 하라는 게 가당키나 한가. 매국매족세력은 북의 실상을 보여주던 통일TV를 즉각 폐쇄시켰지만 우리는 북을 더 알고 싶다. 더 알아야 한다. 우리는 남북이 존중하고 귀히 여기며 함께 잘 사는 방법을 지혜롭게 찾아갈 것이다. 왕 위의 만민이 지혜를 모을 것이다! 외국에 빌붙지 않은 만민이 해답을 찾아갈 것이다!                2024. 2. 27 만민공동회 참여자 일동*7월 27일(토) 우리는 작년에 이어 우리 땅, 우리 평화 찾으러 평택 미군기지를 다시 에워싼다. 필요한 지혜를 모으기 위해 제2, 제3의 만민공동회를 열 것이다!
